Come join Gina VanDeusen, speech-language pathologist and feeding specialist as she covers early milestones and ways to support speech, language, and feeding skills to optimize your children’s development! This workshop is geared towards parents and caregivers of infants and toddlers who are looking for functional tips and easy to digest strategies to implement into their daily routine!

Introduction to Solid Foods - The Baby-Led Way
Do you have a baby who is gearing up to try solid food for the first time? Overwhelmed by all of the information out there? In this workshop you will learn about the different methods of food introduction, why someone would choose to do baby-led weaning instead of the traditional purred first foods method and vice versa, and things to consider when introducing solids to your baby. Worried about your baby choking? Wondering which foods to start with? We will cover that too! Presented by Jacqui Stevens, RDN
